Our Care Managers, also known as Aging Life Care Professionals™, are experienced in working with: Special Needs, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Mental Health, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, and many other diseases affecting seniors.

We begin our work by performing a complete assessment of the client’s functional, physical, and cognitive status, as well as his or her environment. After this evaluation, we will provide an unbiased, detailed analysis of the client’s status and recommendations for cost-effective solutions. As advocates for our clients we take on many roles to find solutions for a more productive life.
Aging Life Care™ Professionals

A Care Manager, also known as an Aging Life Care™ Professional, is a health and human services specialist who acts as a guide and advocate for families who are caring for older relatives or disabled adults. The Aging Life Care Professional is educated and experienced in many fields including, but not limited to nursing, gerontology, social work, and psychology with a specialized focus on issues related to aging and elder care.

Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life for our clients while bringing peace of mind to their families.
